Here’s how we support you post-purchase:

Warranty Coverage

• Warranty Duration: 1 year from date of purchase.

• Eligibility: Covers manufacturing defects and quality-related

issues.Does not cover normal wear & tear, oxidation, or misuse.

• Proof Required: Clear photos/videos must be provided for

evaluation.

Within 30 Days

• Domestic (Taiwan): Free replacement or repair. We cover standard

return shipping.

• International: Free replacement without return required.

From 30 Days to 1 Year

• Domestic:

1. Tarnished or minor issues: +NT$20 to exchange for a new one (buyer pays shipping).

2. Repairable damage: Cost depends on damage level.

• International:

> No return required.

> We will cover 62% of the product’s original price and shipping for a new item.

> If item is discontinued, store credit at 62% will be offered

Beyond 1 Year (Up to 2 Years)

• Domestic:

1. Tarnished or minor issues: +NT$25 to exchange.

2. Repairable damage: Quoted individually.

• International:

> 55% of the original item value covered (no return needed).

> Store credit will be issued if item is no longer available.

- Important Notes

> No return/ exchange for non-quality issues.

> Natural gemstone features (e.g., inclusions or slight color variations) are normal.

> Custom pieces or final sale items are non-refundable.

> Please notify us within warranty period and retain proof of

damage.
